Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If we make a mistake, we'll correct it quickly and easily.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details on the problem. Our customer service team will correct it promptly.
Orders received during standard business hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday typically begin processing immediately. Orders received outside business hours begin processing the next business day.
To request an order change, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate order changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.
Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
If shipping address submitted with the order to be changed for any reason after shipment, re-routing fees and/or administration fees may apply.
